Addendum – 15 June 2014

Every so often it happens: I make a mistake. This image is clearly not “cafe art”, indeed, when you click on it you are taken to my Gallery 2014 album. This album is the repository for the Gallery Ludwig blog. I use Live Writer to format my blog posts. This is a most versatile tool. It allows managing a number of blogs. This blog and Gallery Ludwig use the same theme. Although the backgrounds are different, I did not pay much attention when I prepared this post and I sent it to the wrong blog.  So consider it a bonus!

Vignettes – bringing out the light

Some photos lend themselves to manipulation to bring out the feeling of the image that the straight photo cannot relate as well. The images here have the detail changes to just the forms and color. To make the pictures more “luminous” edge vignetting has been employed.
