This is different! You left the bee pretty much untouched by any artistic filters so that it really stands out in the image. Very cool!

There were three layers to make this image. I selected the bee with modest feathering for the top layer. No effects were applied to it. The second layer was most of the flower the bee is on with large feathering. I applied the Painting effect with a small brush selected to maintain the details. The bottom layer got an aggressive “impressionist” painting effect applied. The layers were manipulated in PaintShop Pro. The painting effect in Topaz Impression.
